Introduction

سری WHVD مخلوط کننده رنگ مادر حجم، می تواند به طور خودکار مخلوط 1 نوع مواد اولیه پلاستیکی و 1 ~ 4 نوع مواد مادر رنگ یا افزودنی در تناسب، مناسب برای تزریق، اکستروژن یا تولید قالب گیری دمیدن. این مجموعه از موتورهای مرحله ای ترکیبی استفاده می کند و با کنترلر های میکروکامپیوتری اختصاصی برای اندازه گیری دقیق رنگ مادر و نسبت اضافه شده است. این مخلوط کننده می تواند با انواع مختلف سیگنال های ماشین قالب گیری متصل شود و همگام کار کند تا تضمین سازگاری عملکرد محصول قالب گیری شود.

WHVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new materials,regrinds, masterbatch or additives, suitable for injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A stepper motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%. This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.
